It's just a block game

Remember, this is just a game. The goal is to have fun, enjoy, meet, experiment, etc. But even though it's just a game, we want to clarify the behaviors expected when accessing our server.

We believe that every player (including staff) has a role to play for the well-being of our community.

Foundations and Commitment

This server is a shared space, where everyone has their place. We believe in the possibility of resolving conflicts together, building connections, and protecting our community without violence.

These rules exist to ensure everyone has a pleasant, secure, and respectful experience. They are not here to punish, but to create a framework where everyone feels comfortable.

1. Legal Framework

Our server is hosted in France, and like any public space, it must comply with French laws. The public chat, as a communication space accessible to all, is considered a public digital space under the law.

Any illegal act is prohibited: threats, glorification of crimes or terrorism, incitement to hate, dissemination of child pornography, or any other criminal offense.

2. Respect and Cohesion

This server is a sharing place, where everyone has the right to play without being disturbed. We believe that conflicts are better resolved through dialogue than confrontation.

What we expect from you:

• Listening and dialogue: disagreements should be resolved through dialogue, without aggression or intimidation.
• Respect for others' choices: let players live their experience as they see fit, without unsolicited interference.

What is unacceptable (and will be dealt with firmly):

• Discrimination: racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, antisemitism, or any other attack targeting a person's identity. Because identity is personnal and should be no one business.
• Harassment: repeated insults, intimidation, psychological pressure, or any conduct aimed at harming a player.
• Targeted exclusion: any attempt to marginalize a community member is unacceptable.

If you are a victim of these behaviors, let us know. We will listen and find a solution.

Protection of Minors:

We welcome players of all ages. It is everyone's responsibility to ensure this space remains safe and appropriate for the youngest.

• No inappropriate remarks or behaviors (sexual, violent, or otherwise) will be tolerated regarding minors. However, anyone seeking conflict (even a minor) will also be sanctioned.
• If a minor seems in distress (harassment, sensitive questions), do not hesitate to tell us, we must act.

For any conversation you think that are not for a child, please use private channels (in-game: /w, /msg).

3. Technical Integrity

The server also runs thanks to your collective responsibility. Every action has an impact, and we want to avoid technical nightmare.

Use of Tools (WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, etc.):

• Be careful: Even protection plugin are used, a mistake can affect everyone.
• If in doubt, ask for advice in the chat.
• If the nuisance was intentional, the sanction will be final.

Client Mods:

• No mod is banned by principle, but any mod harming the performance or the security of the server will be sanctioned.
• If the problematic use occurs to be intentional, the sanction will be final.

Server Security Breaches

Any unauthorized access to server systems, exploitation of vulnerabilities, denial-of-service attacks (DDoS/DoS), or intrusion into infrastructure is strictly prohibited. These acts constitute serious computer crimes (Reprehensible under most of the laws in the world).

In case of suspected malicious activity, we will collaborate with the competent authorities to ensure the security of our community. No tolerance will be given to this behavior, which endangers the technical integrity and safety of all players.

If you identify a technical vulnerability, we could really appreciate contacting us at contact@creativemo.de.

Unfortunately we can't afford bug bounty programs. But if you wan't to try to find bugs or security issues, contact us first before trying anythings. We appreciate any help, but unknow intrusion attemps is stricly prohibited.
